My crowdfund to London.

If you hadn't heard about Ben's upcoming part as Classified in Penguins of Madagascar, then USA Today provides details.  8)

I'd hoped to see Ben in Hamlet, but alas, he's onstage in 2015, not 2014.  Must settle for him onscreen as the BBC's Richard III then.

Which brings me to my crowdfund, London: Magic Carpet Ride.

My best friend Bea is going to London this August.  To the Worldcon.

So I'm doing a crowdfund to get to London.  Would you help me out with my crowdfund?  Please spread the word.

Maybe you heard that before, when tumblr and Twitter was talking about what Martin said a week ago...

Now the big news from the BBC is official:  "Shooting will begin in January 2015, with the one-off special likely to air around Christmas."

Online birthday wishes; plus cake!

There's a tumblr for online messages to Ben, Happy Birthday Benedict.  This was activated in 2013.  You don't have to speak English or have a tumblr account to use it.

If you were thinking about Benedict and wanted to find a way to help him celebrate his birthday this year, nineteen days from now... he has ideas about that.  He'd far prefer you help someone out.  (Here's my master post of the 2014 charity fundraisers that fans are doing for Ben.)
