Setlock... with NGS safelock.

BAFTA 2015; Sherlocked in UK.

The BAFTA Awards are this Sunday!  Expect that the Interweb will be full of BAFTA buzz on 8-February-2015.  Radio Times says that Ben, Hiddles, and Martin will attend; Martin's one of the presenters per Digital Spy!

The Imitation Game has 9 BAFTA nominations.  I hope Ben and Team TIG win several BAFTAs!

Apparently since Boyhood's been the favorite of late, that's what people think will win the BAFTAs.  I really hope that it's not the only winner, that would be awful for all the other movies.  Unfair too.

I still haven't seen TIG, but I trust all the folks who've been telling me TIG rocks.  We knew it would rock!

Of course my next favorite would be Eddie in The Theory of Everything because it's about Stephen Hawking, and that also looks incredible -- but I've seen The Grand Budapest Hotel and it's a really bizarre and funny movie.  So that's the order I'm pulling for.

This week is mostly setlock!

Three Patch Podcast: Spoilercast 24 -- not putting the title here, it's a clear spoiler.  No, really.

Strangely enough, this pic of Sue Vertue doesn't look like a spoiler, despite being setlock [possible safelock?].

It looks like this week's filming is major spoiler time, so be very very careful of whatever you look at, setlock-wise.

Amanda's birthday project; Andrew; eyecandy.

A triad of Cumberbatched moments:  From the Vanity Fair cover...

Safelock, then setlock.

Radio Times offers us the Sherlock's Louise Brealey and Beryl Vertue on 'kind, well-informed and considerate' Setlock fans vid (same vid embedded in post).

Third Star...

Third Star!  At last, I finally got to see it 25-January-15.  Been waiting a long while for TS to be aired in my area.

Lovely movie.  There is sadness, but funnies too.

If you haven't seen it, you may want to skip the movie trailer at Digital Spy.  It has a few spoilers.  I only knew the famous quote, and it's a good one, but you may want to avoid that as well.  Or not.

Note that audience has more affection (and love) for Third Star than critics did; certainly this is true at Rotten Tomatoes, and most 'Batch fans are quite keen on Third Star.  Expect feels!

I really want to see Third Star again, without commercial breaks -- the station broke scenes in really bizarre places.

If you have seen the movie, Roger Ebert wrote a really good review -- very in-depth and with spoilers -- about Third Star and his own father.  Roger has several great pics.
